Ok, so here's the story. He'd be a wart on the outside of the lower lip and was treated for this, however, was a day to play and stumbled lips scraping on the floor. The wart was torn in the incident and never came back. But now that this thing inside her lower lip. Can the warts have been linked to increase in the other direction, because the treatment was over, and grow in the mouth?
