Of course you can bring your favorite bag, safety pins and all. I am a flight attendant, and you will not have problems with your bag has a small plot in his work. Remember that all liquids must be in 3 oz bottle or less and fit into a room-size Ziploc. Place a Ziploc drugs and be willing to take the security check.
